How it works...
Volunteers are trained by West Midlands Ambulance Service and their names are then added to a list of people qualified to use the equipment . In the unfortunate event that someone needed this emergency life support, the W.M Ambulance Service calls round the rota to get the first available volunteer. That volunteer then goes to the Defibrillator box on the wall of the village hall and takes it to the incident. It is important that anyone needing assistance always calls the Emergency Services on 999. |
